If you're having problems progressing to the payment screen, please ensure that your billing address has been confirmed. On the Review and Pay page, prior to proceeding to checkout, you will need to provide a billing address that corresponds with the address registered to the cardholder making the payment.

Once you have selected Yes, or added your billing address, the box should be outlined in gold and have a tick next to it - see the below example
