If you're experiencing difficulties while checking out online at Bettys, the following steps should assist you in ensuring that all required information is provided to process your order:
Delivery address and phone number
Please make sure the box containing your chosen delivery address is ticked. If you need to modify the delivery address, click on 'edit' before proceeding.
Please enter a mobile phone number in the box provided - for UK deliveries, this can be your own, or the recipient's. If you don't have a mobile phone, then please enter a landline. Please note that for international deliveries, we do require the recipient's mobile phone number. Once you've entered a phone number, the box should have a tick next to it, to confirm the number has been accepted.
Delivery date
After entering your delivery address, a calendar will be displayed, offering delivery options and available dates.
Select either Named Day or Standard Delivery*, and then choose a future date that you prefer for delivery. The delivery charge for the selected day will be displayed.
Once you have made your final choice of delivery date, click ‘Confirm delivery date’ to proceed.
*Royal Mail Standard Delivery is not offered for parcels that exceed a weight of 2kg.
Billing address
After completing the above steps, a summary of the information will be displayed, and you will be prompted to confirm your billing address. It is important that this address corresponds with the one registered to the cardholder making the payment.
If the billing address is different to the delivery (for example, if you are sending a gift), then you will need to enter the correct billing address before you can continue to payment.
Make sure that the box showing your billing address is showing as ticked or you will not be able to continue.
