Cancelling your order
Our Customer Support Team may be able to cancel your order, depending on its progress. If cancellation is possible, we can issue a full refund* and assist you in placing a new order. However, please be aware that due to our rapidly moving stock and the limited number of delivery slots available each day, there are two potential risks to cancelling your order: firstly, your original delivery date may no longer be available, and secondly, the product(s) you're wanting to buy may have sold out, so are no longer available to buy.
