Once you have checked out and finalized your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your selected delivery date. A subsequent email will be sent upon the dispatch of your order, which will contain the tracking details.
Our couriers will make a delivery attempt on the date you specified when you placed your order. If you are not available to receive it, please use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. You will see options to arrange for a redelivery, have the parcel left in a secure location, or select a collection point if that is more convenient for you.

Choosing a Monday delivery:
Please note: as our couriers work with pace to make sure all of our orders reach their destination by your chosen date, some Monday orders may arrive earlier than planned. In selecting a Monday delivery, your order may arrive on the Saturday before. But rest assured, the shelf life of your products will be unaffected. If the courier advises of an early/Saturday delivery and this is not convenient, please use the tracking link and leave instructions, or change to your preferred date.
