Should your parcel not arrive on the date expected, we ask that you first of all check your tracking details to ensure the address details are correct. Our couriers will attempt delivery to the address and postcode you have provided.
If the address is correct and your parcel has been delayed or lost within the delivery network, please contact us on 0800 456 1919: we can arrange for a replacement parcel to be sent out as soon as the item is available. Alternatively, we can arrange a full refund, if you prefer.
