At checkout, you may choose your preferred delivery date, but unfortunately, specifying a time is not an option.
If you opt for our Named Day Delivery Service, you will receive a notification of your one-hour delivery slot on the delivery day, once the driver has scanned all the parcels into the van. With Standard Delivery, Royal Mail will inform you on the delivery day, providing you with an estimated time window for when your parcel is expected to arrive.
Delivery instructions and options
Whilst you can't change your time slot, you can choose one of the following options, either via the DPD or Royal Mail app or following the tracking link on your dispatch email:
You can request to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address, have it delivered to a neighbour, left at a local shop or Post Office, or you can reschedule the delivery date.
Please also note:
98% of parcels are delivered on the selected date. However, choosing DPD Monday delivery carries a slight chance of the parcel arriving early, on the preceding Saturday. (Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 20:30; some couriers may deliver beyond these hours). If the early Saturday delivery is inconvenient, options to change or amend the delivery are available.
Certain products can only be delivered on specific days: the website will automatically work out the best delivery options for your order.
