During our the festive period, our delivery costs increase due to significantly higher demand, additional carrier surcharges, and the extra resources needed to ensure orders arrive on time. We review our charges carefully and aim to keep them as low as possible while continuing to provide a reliable service.
Please be aware that if the parcel's weight exceeds 2kg (packaging included), the Royal Mail Standard Delivery option from £3.95 will be unavailable. Instead, the parcel must be shipped using DPD's Premium Delivery Service, starting at £5.95, due to its weight being too great for the Royal Mail Standard service.
The freshness of our products and the availability of specific items may limit the delivery dates and services for certain items or combinations of items in your basket.
