Yes we can, but it's important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for deliveries to such locations, as the parcel could be accepted by anyone within the premises.
The limit of our tracking concludes with proof of delivery to the premises, and not the recipient,
Parcels addressed to an office, hotel, hospital, school, or university are often delivered to a central location, such as a reception desk. As a result, our tracking ends with the delivery confirmation to the building rather than to an individual recipient or a specific ward or department.
Before sending to such an address, we would advise you to contact the establishment to understand their delivery policies. Additionally, obtaining a ward name or number, room number, or department to include in the delivery address, may assist the premises in identifying the recipient. It may also be helpful to inform the recipient to check the delivery point for their gift once the delivery confirmation/signature is received.
If sending to a hospital patient, do check that they will still be in hospital when the gift arrives as it is very difficult to locate parcels sent for patients who have subsequently been discharged.
